Back in February of 2013, Dizzy Pig owner Chris Capell created a seasoning for grilling fruit and called it Pineapple Head. Since then it has become one of our most popular seasonings. Our foodie customers proved that this sweet and slightly savory seasoning is not just for fruit. From chicken to bacon to shrimp to sweet potatoes to a topping for vanilla ice cream, its versatility is still being discovered.

Chris recently got to thinking how cool it would be to go for that sweet/heat sensation by notching up the chilies. Weâ€™ve been working hard, doing a lot of tasting, and got it to the point where the spice tingles your palate on many levels. Just the right dose of black pepper, chipotle, habanero and cayenne, and there you have it. Spicy Pineapple Head!
